Product Structure: Taking the dedicated air-conducting cable for liquid level transmitters as an example, it is an air-conducting detection cable composed of an air-conducting tube, power cable, signal cable, waterproof pressure relief layer, and outer protective layer. The power and signal cables are tightly arranged around the air-conducting tube to form a circular core, which is coaxially wrapped with a waterproof pressure relief layer and an outer protective layer.

Material Characteristics and Related Features: The sheath materials include polyethylene, polyurethane, elastic glossy body, fluoroplastic, etc. Different materials impart various characteristics to the cable, such as polyethylene sheaths offering waterproof effects; polyurethane sheaths being acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, wear-resistant, cut-resistant, oil-resistant, and waterproof; PVC sheaths being wear-resistant and flame-retardant; fluoroplastic sheaths providing waterproofing, acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, and high-temperature resistance.

High-Quality Material for Gas Transmission Tube: Some sensor cables use high-quality polypropylene material as the gas transmission tube at the center, ensuring stable structure, sensitive and accurate monitoring, and protecting the sensor from the effects of atmospheric pressure changes.

Adaptability to Different Bending Conditions: Different cables have specific requirements for bending radius. For hydraulic air-conducting sensor cables, the dynamic bending radius is not less than 15 times the cable's outer diameter, and the static bending radius is not less than 6 times the outer diameter. For liquid level sensor cables, the bending radius during mobile installation is 7.5 times the outer diameter, and during fixed installation, it is 4 times the outer diameter.
