Fire bull wire, also known as fire flow wire, is a type of electrical wire and cable. It is primarily used for electroplating equipment, welding machine connection lines, and rectifier connection lines. It can also be applied in automated electroplating production lines, circuit board equipment, and other scenarios, as well as in EV vehicle charging and power energy storage applications.

Fire bull wire cables come in various specifications, including 10 square, 16 square, 25 square, 50 square, 80 square, 95 square, 120 square, 185 square, 240 square, and more.

Conductor: Typically made of oxygen-free copper wire, composed of multiple strands of fine copper wires twisted together, offering strong flexibility.

Insulation Sheath: The insulation part often adopts a double-layer structure, with an inner layer of white insulated PVC and an outer layer of orange PVC. For example, in 95 square fire bull wire, the inner layer serves primarily as insulation, while the outer layer acts as a protective layer. The core wire uses special bend-resistant materials, and the insulation sheath is made of flexible mixed polyvinyl chloride.

Rated Voltage: Generally, the voltage rating of the product is 450/750V. It can also be reinforced with insulation according to customer requirements for use under a voltage rating of 0.6/1kV.

Operating Temperature: The long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor should not exceed 70°C, and the installation environment temperature should not be lower than 0°C.

Bend Resistance: The core wire uses special bend-resistant materials, ensuring the cable core achieves a certain level of bending resistance. If the cable does not need to be moved, it can be installed in conduits or cable trays.

Bending Radius: For cables with an outer diameter less than 25mm, the allowable bending radius is not less than 4 times the outer diameter. For cables with an outer diameter of 25mm or more, the allowable bending radius is not less than 6 times the outer diameter.
