Crane Reeling Cable is suitable for a variety of scenarios, including garbage grabs, marine grabs, gantry cranes, bucket wheel machines, dock hoisting equipment, and other reeling drums, reels, and trailing power supply systems, as well as cables for various large mobile equipment. It can also be used as a trailing cable in mobile workplaces and is applicable in drag chain systems. Additionally, it is suitable for port and dock cranes, ship unloaders, stackers and reclaimers, iron ore equipment loaders, rock drilling jumbos, drilling rigs, and other reeling drum devices, particularly in complex and harsh working conditions. It can also serve as a connection and control cable for vertical lifts or cranes in various electrical installations, whether indoors or outdoors, in dry or humid environments.

Environmental Adaptability: Designed with a focus on abrasion resistance and crack resistance, it is suitable for various types of reeling drums in different climates and environments, ensuring safe all-weather operation. Its oil and chemical resistance meets the requirements of IEC 811-2-1. It can safely withstand UV erosion and thermal aging under high temperatures during prolonged outdoor work, enabling more reliable and safe operation while reducing maintenance and usage costs. Depending on usage requirements, built-in metal or non-metallic tensile and bend-resistant conductors can be designed to replace traditional standard cables, meeting various customer usage environments.

Mechanical Performance: It features excellent characteristics such as high tensile strength, abrasion resistance, reeling durability, and aging resistance. During frequent coiling and uncoiling, it can withstand significant axial cable tension without core breakage. In terms of lateral pressure resistance, the highly reliable insulation and sheath materials can resist some uncontrollable damage and protect the outer sheath and cable core from severe damage (excluding sharp or destructive damage), allowing continued use. Its bending performance is excellent, being 2-3 times that of similar rubber-sheathed cables.

Conductor: Typically made of multiple strands of finely stranded oxygen-free copper wire.

Insulation: Uses specially customized composite insulation material with excellent tensile strength and insulation resistance indicators, as well as outstanding abrasion resistance.

Outer Sheath: Generally made of specially customized high-strength, abrasion-resistant composite sheath material, with good tensile strength and tear resistance indicators. The color is mostly black, complying with RAL9005 requirements.

Bending Radius: The typical bending radius is 7.5 times the cable’s outer diameter, though some cables have a bending radius of 10 times the outer diameter.

Temperature Range: The temperature range for mobile installation is usually -15°C to +80°C (customizable based on the usage environment, with a minimum low-temperature resistance of -40°C). For fixed installation, the temperature range is generally -40°C to +80°C.

Product Models: The product range covers all models of reeling cables from 1 to 60 cores and 0.2 to 180 square millimeters, meeting the needs of different users.
