PSTX All-Intelligent Soft Starter

The PSTX series soft starter is ABB's new all-intelligent motor control and protection product, developed based on years of product research and development, combined with extensive industry application experience and a deep understanding of special application needs. It adds new features and improves the reliability of motor starting.

PSTX integrates comprehensive motor protection functions to handle abnormal conditions in the load and power grid. PT100, ground fault protection, over/under voltage protection, and other functions ensure reliable operation of your motor. PSTX offers three current limiting methods: standard, dual current limit, and current ramp. It helps you fully control motor starting, ensuring normal motor operation even in poor grid conditions.

Built-in bypass saves time and reduces energy consumption. When the motor runs at full speed, PSTX activates the built-in bypass. This reduces energy consumption by decreasing heat generation in the soft starter. PSTX's built-in bypass, rigorously tested by ABB, helps save installation time and reduces control cabinet size.
