Overview:

The material's particle size is reduced through the powerful kinetic energy generated in various directions by the irregular collisions between grinding media. This machine is suitable for fluid material experiments in containers such as foundation liquids and pastes. It can replace colloid mills and three-roll mills. The machine is easy to operate and ensures a finer fineness and consistent color for each batch of products. It integrates dispersion and grinding, reducing the process steps. With one machine and one container, dispersion and grinding can be completed, improving production efficiency and reducing material waste. The pneumatic lifting bracket has a simple structure, flexible and convenient lifting, and casters at the bottom for easy mobility.

Principle:

The motor operation drives the stirring rod and the bottom dispersion disc to rotate at high speed, creating a vacuum in the upper part of the dispersion disc and inside the basket chamber. The slurry is sucked into the basket grinding chamber. The stirring rod drives the grinding media in the chamber to generate forces in various directions. The particles in the material are continuously collided and rubbed by the media, reducing the particle size and narrowing the particle size range. The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc creates a vortex that draws the material out of the chamber and recirculates it to the feed, achieving highly effective dispersion and mixing.

The cylinder operates through the rotation of a pneumatic valve or the jog control of a solenoid valve, using the cylinder's lifting action to raise and lower the motor and working head.
