Overview:

Principle:

Through the high-speed rotation of the dispersion disc, the material forms a circular flow, generating strong vortices that spiral down to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear, impact, and friction between particles achieve rapid dispersion, dissolution, and uniform mixing.

The cylinder is activated via manual rotary valve or solenoid valve jog control, utilizing the cylinder's lifting motion to raise and lower the motor and dispersion disc.
