I. Overview

The shaftless screw conveyor is a new type of screw conveyor independently developed by our company to address the practical issues encountered in industries such as building materials, chemicals, environmental protection, power, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, and food. These issues include material blockage, damaged hanging bearings, and operational failures when using LS-type and GX-type screw conveyors to transport highly abrasive, sticky, easily agglomerating, and entangling materials. This product is suitable for the continuous and uniform transportation of loose, viscous, and easily entangled materials, with a maximum material temperature of up to 100°C and a maximum inclination angle of less than 45°.

II. Features of the Shaftless Screw Conveyor

Compared to traditional shafted screw conveyors, the shaftless screw conveyor, due to its design without a central shaft and hanging bearings, uses a flexible overall steel spiral to push materials, offering the following outstanding advantages:

Ø The spiral has ultra-strong wear resistance and durability, with a long service life.

Ø Strong anti-entanglement capability: With no central shaft interference, it offers special advantages for transporting带状 and easily entangled materials, preventing blockages and accidents.

Ø Excellent environmental performance: Fully enclosed transportation and an easy-to-clean spiral surface ensure environmental hygiene and prevent contamination and leakage of the transported materials.

Ø Large conveying capacity: The conveying capacity is 1.5 times that of traditional shafted conveyors of the same diameter, reaching up to 40m3/h. It has a long conveying distance of up to 25 meters, and can be installed in multi-stage series for ultra-long-distance material transportation according to user needs.

III. Structure of the Shaftless Screw Conveyor

This product mainly consists of a drive device, head assembly, casing, shaftless spiral body, trough liner, feed inlet, discharge outlet, cover (if needed), base, etc.
