Introduction
Flood control sub-dikes are temporary small dikes built urgently on the top of the main dike near the water surface to prevent floodwater from overflowing. They are a type of on-site assembled sub-dike. Typically, they are stored as emergency equipment in national, regional, or provincial warehouses and are also directly equipped in mobile emergency rescue teams of various provinces and municipalities.
