They are mainly made of rubber insulation materials. The upper and lower surfaces of the insulation mat should not have harmful irregularities, which refer to one of the following characteristics: defects that destroy uniformity and damage the smooth surface profile, such as small holes, cracks, local bulges, cuts, embedded conductive foreign objects, folds, voids,凹凸波纹, and casting marks. Harmless irregularities refer to surface irregularities formed during the production process. Specific details are as follows:

Should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, away from heat sources, and at least 20cm above the ground and walls. Avoid contamination by acids, alkalis, and oils. Do not store outdoors to prevent direct sunlight.

①. Introduction: Enhances the insulation of workers from the ground, made from special rubber. Insulation rubber sheet is also known as insulation rubber board, insulation rubber mat, insulation blanket, insulation rubber mat, etc. It is a rubber mat with high volume resistivity and resistance to electrical breakdown. Made from non-polar rubbers with excellent insulation properties such as NR, SBR, and IIR. Used as desktop or floor insulation material in work environments like power distribution.

②. The voltage should be increased continuously and uniformly to the value specified in Table 8, maintained for 1min, and observed for any breakdown. If there is no breakdown, the test is passed. When testing in segments, the edges of the two segments should overlap.

（3）．15KV insulation rubber sheet, insulation rubber board, insulation rubber mat characteristics: Good physical and mechanical properties, excellent insulation performance, can operate in dry air environments from -35~+100℃ with high dielectric requirements. Tested at 43KV, normally operates at 660V. Widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, test rooms, and live outdoor operations. Should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, away from heat sources, and at least 20cm above the ground and walls. Avoid contamination by acids, alkalis, and oils. Do not store outdoors to prevent direct sunlight.
