Aluminum single panel

Waltitan aluminum panels refer to architectural decorative materials processed through chromating and other treatments, followed by fluorocarbon spray coating technology. AkzoNobel fluorocarbon coatings primarily consist of polyvinylidene fluoride resin (KANAR500), which includes primer, topcoat, and clear coat. The spraying process generally involves two, three, or four coats. Fluorocarbon coatings offer excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, resisting acid rain, salt spray, and various air pollutants. They exhibit exceptional performance under extreme cold and heat, withstand strong ultraviolet radiation, maintain long-term color stability without fading or powdering, and have a long service life.

The structure of aluminum panels mainly consists of panels, stiffeners, and corner codes. The maximum size for formed large workpieces can reach 8000mm × 1800mm (L × W).

Coatings are sourced from brands such as American PPG, American Valspar, Dutch AkzoNobel, Korean KCC, and others. The coating process includes two coats one bake or three coats two bakes, with coating performance meeting the AAMA2605-98 standard set by AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Association) and ASCA (American Architectural Coaters Association).
