Precise Weighing: According to the mixing ratio indicated by the manufacturer (e.g., A:B=1:1), use an electronic scale to weigh Component A (silicone base) and Component B (curing agent) separately, and pour them into a clean plastic/glass container (the container must be dry and free of oil stains to avoid affecting curing).

Low-Speed Stirring: Use a stirring rod to stir slowly clockwise along the container wall for 5-8 minutes, ensuring Components A and B are thoroughly mixed (check that there are no unmixed "color blocks" at the bottom and edges of the container; the curing agent tends to settle and must be stirred completely).
Note: Avoid vigorous shaking during stirring to prevent excessive air incorporation (air can cause pores in the cured mold, affecting fixture accuracy).
Step 3: Vacuum Defoaming (Determines Mold Surface Quality)
Scenarios requiring defoaming: Fixture molds requiring surface smoothness (e.g., positioning surfaces of inspection fixtures); visible bubbles in the mixed silicone.
Operation Method: Place the container of mixed silicone into the vacuum machine, close the vacuum cover, start the vacuum pump, and maintain at -0.095MPa for 2-3 minutes (observe bubbles escaping from the silicone until no obvious bubbles remain on the surface).
Emergency Handling: If no vacuum machine is available, let the silicone sit for 15-20 minutes to allow bubbles to rise naturally due to buoyancy, then use a toothpick to pop surface bubbles (less effective, suitable only for low-precision fixtures).
Step 4: Silicone Pouring (Avoid Damaging the Master Model)
Slow Pouring: Slowly pour the defoamed silicone along the inner wall of the mold frame (flow rate controlled at 5-10ml/s), allowing the silicone to flow naturally along the wall to cover the master model, avoiding direct impact (to prevent displacement or damage to surface details).
Filling and Venting: After pouring until the silicone completely covers the master model (height should be 1-2cm above the highest point of the master model), gently tap the side of the mold frame 2-3 times to use vibrations to encourage residual bubbles to rise to the surface. If the master model has deep holes/gaps, use a toothpick to gently insert into the gaps to guide silicone filling and avoid forming "voids".
