Industrial-grade mold silicone features low shrinkage and deformation rates: minimal shrinkage with a deformation rate of less than 0.2%, ensuring high dimensional accuracy of cement components and extremely small deviations from the original model. It maintains excellent shape and dimensional stability even after multiple mold reproductions.

High tensile strength, elasticity, and tear resistance: excellent tensile strength and elasticity, along with high tear resistance, make the silicone mold less prone to tearing when pulled by cement components during repeated use. This not only ensures a more perfect product appearance but also extends the mold's service life.

Industrial-grade mold silicone withstands high and low temperatures: it maintains stable performance within a temperature range of -50°C to 200°C. It does not soften or deform in high-temperature environments and remains resilient without becoming brittle or cracking in low-temperature conditions, making it suitable for cement component production across different seasons and environmental conditions.

Resistance to acids, alkalis, and aging: it offers good resistance to acids and alkalis, protecting against erosion from alkaline substances in materials like cement.
