Plaster Powder: Choose high-strength, fine plaster powder (such as medical plaster or mold-specific plaster) to ensure mold strength and surface smoothness.
Release Agent: Such as Vaseline, liquid paraffin, or specialized silicone release agent to prevent adhesion between silicone and the prototype or plaster.

Mixing Addition-Cure Liquid Silicone
Weighing Materials: Based on the prototype volume, weigh the addition-cure liquid silicone and curing agent in the specified ratio (e.g., 1:1 ratio requires equal amounts of silicone and curing agent). Ensure accurate measurements, as imbalanced ratios may lead to incomplete curing or reduced performance.
Thorough Mixing: Pour the curing agent into the silicone and stir slowly in one direction using a mixing rod to avoid excessive bubbles. Mix for approximately 3-5 minutes until the mixture is uniform in color.
