• Usage Method
  • Ratio Mixing: Mix Component A of the condensation-type mold silicone with curing agent Component B at a weight ratio of 100:2 to 100:3. Accurately weigh using an electronic scale, pour into a container, and stir evenly to ensure the silicone at the bottom and walls of the container is fully mixed with the curing agent.
  • Vacuum Degassing: After thorough mixing, the silicone requires vacuum degassing. The vacuum time should not exceed ten minutes to prevent the silicone from undergoing a cross-linking reaction and becoming unable to pour. Do not fill the container too full during vacuuming to avoid silicone overflow.
  • Pouring or Brushing: Spray (or apply) a layer of release agent on the prepared mold master and mold frame. Fix the mold master in the center, then slowly and steadily pour the degassed liquid silicone into the mold frame until the silicone completely covers the mold master. Alternatively, use a brushing method: first brush a layer of silicone onto the mold master, wait 30 minutes for the gel to undergo cross-linking, then evenly brush a second layer of silicone. At this stage, a layer of gauze or fiberglass cloth can be applied to enhance strength, followed by brushing a third layer of silicone.
  • Curing and Demolding: The mold will fully cure at room temperature within 4-8 hours. After curing, demold by removing the silicone mold and perform edge treatment. It is generally recommended to let the silicone mold sit for 24 hours before use to achieve optimal performance.
