Condensation-cure silicone (e.g., 100:2-100:5 ratio): First, take the base compound (Component A), then add the curing agent (Component B) in proportion.
Mixing technique: Use a stirring rod to slowly stir in circles along the container wall, ensuring no areas are missed at the bottom or edges. Continue for 2-3 minutes until fully uniform (avoid rapid stirring to prevent air entrapment).

If the silicone has high viscosity, slightly heat the container (e.g., place it in a 40°C water bath) to reduce viscosity, making it easier to mix and pour.

Debubbling treatment (optional but recommended)
Vacuum debubbling: Pour the mixed silicone into a vacuum chamber, evacuate until the pressure gauge reads below -0.08 MPa, and maintain for 3-5 minutes until bubbles completely disappear (suitable for high-precision molds).

Natural debubbling: If no equipment is available, let the silicone sit for 5-10 minutes, or gently tap the container walls to help bubbles rise to the surface.

Pouring silicone into the mold frame
Pouring technique: Slowly pour the silicone from one side of the mold frame, allowing the liquid to flow along the inner wall to avoid direct splashing onto the prototype surface (prevents bubbles from adhering to details).
If the prototype has recesses or holes, pour from a lower point first, allowing the silicone to fill from bottom to top, or use a stirring rod to guide the silicone into gaps.
Vibration for bubble release: During pouring, gently tap the outer walls of the mold frame or use a vibration table to encourage bubble release (especially suitable for complex structures).
If bubbles accumulate in a specific area, use a toothpick or fine needle to pop surface bubbles.
