Mold Silicone Applications:

Mold silicone is used for gypsum lines, EPS/GRC lines, Roman columns, gypsum lamp panels, European-style carvings, gypsum sculptures, architectural decorations, resin crafts, automotive tire molds, gypsum crafts, crystal and craft mold silicone, soap crafts, large-scale sculptures (such as cultured stone, railings, plaza landmark sculptures, etc.),浮雕 furniture, plastic toy gifts and stationery, imitation marble, character statues, and many other industries for mold manufacturing.

Gypsum Lamp Panel Mold Silicone Features:

1. Good fluidity, easy to level, capable of replicating fine details with excellent replication effects;

2. Simple operation, can be done manually or by machine;

3. High tensile strength, strong tear resistance, and high elongation rate;

4. Shrinkage rate less than 0.1%, resistant to acids, alkalis, and aging;

5. High number of demolding cycles, long service life, and the resulting silicone molds do not deform;

6. Product color, hardness, viscosity, and working time can be customized as needed.

Gypsum Lamp Panel Mold Silicone Operation:

There are two types of mold opening methods for silicone molds: block molding (pouring mold) and brush molding (sheet mold). Gypsum lamp panel mold silicone is a flowing white liquid, divided into two components: Component A is silicone, and Component B is the curing agent. For example, add 2% curing agent to 100g of silicone, mix thoroughly, and proceed with the following operations:

Mold opening methods include block molding, brush molding (divided into sheet mold, 3D mold, flat mold), and pouring mold.

Brush molding (sheet mold): Generally, three layers are applied based on mold requirements. The surface layer is brushed onto the master mold under vacuum, ensuring thorough coverage. The second layer involves applying gauze, and the third layer is another coat of silicone, which then cures to form the mold.

Shelf Life:

At room temperature of 25°C, unopened packaging lasts for 12 months. The finished silicone mold can be stored for six months without any change in performance.

Packaging Specifications:

This product is packaged in iron drums, available in two specifications: 25KG and 200KG. First-time buyers can enjoy sample packaging.
