4. Place in the oven and heat at 100-120°C for 10-15 minutes to cure.

5. After curing, remove from the oven and demold.

The manufacturing process for dual-hardness silicone dildos is also straightforward. The method involves first pouring the outer layer of soft 0-degree body-safe silicone. There is an iron core inside the mold. After the silicone fully cures, remove the iron core and pour the inner layer of harder silicone. Then, place it in the oven to heat, cure, and shape before demolding.

For multi-colored silicone dildos, use a dispensing machine for operation. Manual pouring can result in many defective products. With the dispensing machine, first pour the bottom part, wait until it shows signs of tackiness and curing, then pour the second color, and so on. Up to seven or eight colors can be applied.
