Honeycomb activated carbon is made from high-quality coal, pressed using honeycomb molds, and activated at high temperatures. It can be used directly or placed in purification cabinets or adsorption beds. If the exhaust gas concentration is high and the emission volume is large, two purification cabinets or adsorption beds can be used alternately. During use, avoid excessively high temperatures, as this will reduce adsorption capacity, since adsorption decreases with increasing temperature. Also, avoid high levels of dust and oil mist, as tar and dust can clog the micropores of the activated carbon, increasing resistance and reducing adsorption efficiency. If the operating environment contains a large amount of dust and tar, pre-stage dust filtration should be installed to achieve optimal performance and a longer service life.
