New Energy Data Management Platform

Data is the foundation of energy management analysis. For each type of building, the data indicators that need to be collected are divided into two major categories: basic building information data and energy consumption data. The analytical basis of the energy management system comes from the collection of various energy consumption data within the building. Depending on the functional areas and system design of the building, selective data collection is required for the analysis needs of the energy management system. The Building Energy Consumption Monitoring System (GEM-View) enables basic functions such as meter reading, monitoring, classification and sub-item energy consumption analysis, and payment (arrears) management for building energy uses like electricity, water, (cooling) heat, and natural gas. It aims to provide owners or property management personnel with tools for refined management, improving management efficiency and level while reducing operational and maintenance costs.

The system uses a web-based method to connect to large screens, displaying all the summarized information that users need to see on the large screen. The interface is visually stunning with realistic animation effects, and most notably, its display differs from common image formats by showing aggregated data information. The large screen display UI can be customized in content and layout according to customer needs, and it can adapt to the screen's resolution, size, and splicing method. On the large screen, users can view all basic data, exception information, and alarm information in the system. There is a "View Details" button on the page, allowing users to directly navigate from the large screen display page to the detailed data page.
