With social progress, people's living standards are increasingly higher, and the quality of many daily necessities has also improved, including commonly used water meters. Generally, a water meter is defined as a flow meter that uses the direct mechanical movement process of an active wall volumetric measurement chamber or the effect of water flow velocity on an impeller to calculate the volume of water flowing through the pipeline. In simple terms, it is an instrument for measuring water flow, mostly for cumulative water flow measurement. The internal structure of a typical water meter can be divided into three main components from the outside to the inside: the casing, the sleeve, and the inner core. The inner core is divided into upper, middle, and lower layers. What is seen through the glass window is the upper layer, which only has pointers and a dial.
