ITC Aiboshi Complete Dosing System

Generally consists of one tank, one pump, and one electric stirrer to form a complete system; it can also be combined to form various structures such as two tanks with two pumps, multiple tanks with multiple pumps, etc.

Can be used for mixing, preparing, and dosing liquid, solid-liquid, and gas-liquid chemical solutions.

1. Dosing in environmental protection for wastewater and sewage treatment, mainly used in:

Urban areas, industrial and mining enterprises, large hotels, and restaurants for wastewater and sewage treatment.

2. Power plant in-furnace dosing: ammonia dosing for feedwater, hydrazine dosing, phosphate dosing for boiler water, coordinated control of phosphate dosing for boiler water, ammonia dosing for condensate water, etc.

3. Chemical injection for boilers, mainly used in thermal power plants, chemical industry, metallurgy, shipping, centralized heating, and other boiler applications.

4. Water treatment dosing: adding flocculants, coagulants, defoamers, etc., to sewage.

5. Used for pretreatment dosing in tap water supply, mainly in urban waterworks, large enterprise-owned water plants, textile printing and dyeing, steel, papermaking, and other industries.

6. Power plant external dosing: adding flocculants to raw water, adding coagulants to raw water, adding stabilizers (corrosion inhibitors) to circulating water, adding scale inhibitors to circulating water, adding biocides to circulating water, ammonia dosing in startup boiler rooms, phosphate dosing in startup boiler rooms, ferrous coating of condensers, etc.
