Main Purpose: Used to enhance the corrosion resistance of ferritic stainless steel materials. The treated workpiece does not change in size or color, and the neutral salt spray test resistance can be improved by 1 to 10 times. It remains rust-free for 24 to 240 hours in neutral salt spray tests. Material testing can be conducted based on the product's material.

Product Introduction:

1. SUS430 Passivation Solution JYM-100 can improve the rust-proof performance of products after passivation, extending the salt spray test time to 24~240 hours.

2. After passivation, there is no hydrogen embrittlement or over-etching, no change in the size, color, or blackening of the workpiece, maintaining the original color of the product.

3. Passivation operation is simple, and the passivation agent can be reused without volatilization, reducing production costs.

4. The passivation solution is weakly acidic with low odor, does not contain harmful substances, complies with ROHS standards, and has passed SGS certification, FDA, and other tests.

Scope of Application: Widely used in food machinery, medical instruments, tableware, agricultural tools, hardware electronics for casings and chassis, pressure vessels, and communication equipment, etc.

How to Use the Passivation Solution:

1. Degrease and clean the product.

2. Rinse with water.

3. Passivate (immerse in the passivation solution heated to about 70 to 80 degrees Celsius for half an hour).

4. Rinse the passivation solution from the workpiece surface.

5. Stabilize (immerse in the stabilization solution heated to about 60 to 65 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes).

6. Rinse the stabilization solution from the workpiece surface.

7. Neutralize (acid-base neutralization, soak in a solution of 3~5 parts sodium carbonate mixed with water for 1~3 minutes).

8. Rinse with water.

9. Seal (soak in the original solution at room temperature for 1~5 minutes).

10. Dry and package (specific operating processes can be selected based on product requirements).

Waste Liquid Disposal: When the passivation agent is repeatedly used and discharged, it can be neutralized with alkaline substances. Discharge when the pH value is neutral at 7.

Precautions:

1. The tanks used for passivation treatment can be PP tanks or stainless steel tanks.

2. Please wear labor protection equipment during operation. Do not allow the passivation solution to come into direct contact with the skin. If accidentally contacted, rinse immediately with water. The passivation agent is weakly acidic.

3.It is strictly prohibited to add alkaline or acidic substances to the passivation solution.The agent is used as the original solution for immersion; do not mix it with other substances.
