JYT-II Double-Sided Coating Production Line

This machine is a specialized production line for one-time molding of non-asphalt waterproof rolls with double-sided adhesive coating. It produces products with either double-sided adhesive coating or one side coated with adhesive and the other side sprinkled with sand. The entire machine is equipped with adhesive coating, edge film covering, film alignment, sand sprinkling, sand placement, sand recycling, material storage, automatic cutting, automatic winding, and automatic unloading devices. It also features an automatic edge correction system and PLC touch screen control. The die flow channel is specially designed to ensure uniform adhesive coating. The machine boasts a high level of automation, user-friendly operation, and reduced labor requirements.
