JYT-L Wide Width Coating Production Line

This machine is a dedicated production line for non-asphalt-based waterproof membranes. The entire unit is equipped with front material storage, glue coating, edge film covering, film alignment, sand placement, automatic cutting of stored material, winding, and unloading devices. It also features an automatic edge correction system, a glue output pressure stabilization system, and PLC touch screen control. The die flow channel is specially designed to ensure uniform glue coating, allowing for material change without stopping the machine. The high level of automation reduces costs. The width can be customized according to customer requirements.

It is mainly used for producing self-adhesive waterproof membranes, glue coating for automotive PVC floor coverings, carpet glue coating, and more.
