Hot Melt Adhesive Film Coating Machine

This machine is suitable for processing various high-viscosity hot melt adhesives or thermoplastic materials. It can achieve higher precision coating requirements by configuring automatic screen changers, melt adhesive pumps, and coating heads. It can also achieve different coating effects by replacing rollers. Meanwhile, the efficient cooling system ensures coating speed. It is suitable for a viscosity range of 3,000–150,000 cps, particularly ideal for high-viscosity hot melt adhesives such as high-temperature polyamide and polyester types. The screw provides continuous adhesive supply, with very stable output volume and pressure, ranging from 15 kg to 1,000 kg.

It is mainly used for coating high-viscosity hot melt adhesives such as PA, PES, PU, EVA, and TPU, including applications like shoe materials, luggage materials, hot melt adhesive films, garment accessories, and reflective materials.
