Rubber Industry: Nano zinc oxide serves as a vulcanization activator and plays a crucial role in the rubber industry. The use of nano zinc oxide significantly enhances the wear resistance, anti-aging properties, anti-friction ignition resistance, and service life of rubber products.
Coating Industry: Nano zinc oxide is widely used in the coating industry. Compared to ordinary zinc oxide, nano zinc oxide reduces the required dosage while substantially improving various performance indicators of coatings. For instance, when used in exterior wall coatings, the washability increases by 8 times. Additionally, nano zinc oxide enhances the covering power and tinting strength of products.
Textile Industry: Nano zinc oxide offers excellent sun protection and superior antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties. When added to fabrics, it imparts functions such as UV protection, antibacterial action, and deodorization. It can also be used to produce antibacterial and deodorant synthetic fibers.
