The Q347Y Type PN16~PN64 fixed ball valve is used on various pipelines of Class150~Class1500, PN16~PN64, JIS10K~JIS20K to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Different materials can be selected to make it suitable for water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, and other media.

1. Among various types of valves, ball valves have the smallest flow resistance. When a full-bore ball valve is opened, the ball passage, valve body passage, and connecting pipe diameter are equal and form a straight diameter, allowing the medium to flow through almost without loss.

2. The ball valve can be fully closed or opened with a 90° rotation, enabling quick operation. Compared to gate valves and globe valves of the same specifications, ball valves are compact, lightweight, and easy to install in pipelines.
