[Product Usage]
The electric flat gate valve produced by our group is a sliding valve with a parallel gate as its closing element. The closing element can be a single gate or a double gate with a spreading mechanism in between. The compressive force of the gate against the valve seat is controlled by the medium pressure acting on the floating gate or floating valve seat. In the case of a double gate flat gate valve, the spreading mechanism between the two gates can supplement this compressive force.
[Product Classification]
Flat gate valves can be divided into manual flat gate valves, pneumatic flat gate valves, and electric flat gate valves based on the driving method. According to their application and usage scenarios, they can be categorized into flat gate valves with flow guide holes, flat gate valves without flow guide holes, oil field flat gate valves, pipeline flat gate valves, and gas flat gate valves, among others.
[Structural Features]
This series of products adopts a new floating sealing structure, suitable for pipelines carrying oil, natural gas, and other media with pressure not exceeding 15.0 MPa and temperatures ranging from -29°C to 121°C. It serves as an opening, closing, and regulating device for controlling the medium. The product features innovative structural design, appropriate material selection, strict testing, and easy operation, with strong corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and erosion resistance, making it an ideal new equipment in the petroleum industry.
1. Utilizes a floating valve seat, enabling bidirectional opening and closing, reliable sealing, and flexible operation.
2. The gate is precisely guided by guide strips, and the sealing surfaces are hard-faced with hard alloy, providing erosion resistance.
3. The valve body has a high load-bearing capacity, with a straight-through flow passage. When fully open, it resembles a straight pipe with minimal flow resistance. The valve stem uses composite packing and multiple seals, ensuring reliable sealing and low friction.
4. When closing the valve, rotate the handwheel clockwise to lower the gate to the bottom. Due to the medium pressure, the inlet end seal seat is pushed toward the gate, forming a high sealing specific pressure and creating a primary seal. Simultaneously, the gate is pressed against the outlet end seal seat, forming a double seal.
5. Thanks to the double sealing design, wearable parts can be replaced without affecting pipeline operation. This is a key feature distinguishing our product from similar domestic and international products.
6. When opening the valve, rotate the handwheel counterclockwise to raise the gate. The flow guide hole aligns with the channel hole. As the gate rises, the aligned hole gradually enlarges. At the extreme position, the flow guide hole and channel hole coincide, achieving full opening.
