Product Description:
The CV3000-HCP balanced cage-type single-seat control valve is an improved pressure-balanced control valve that utilizes high-performance sealing rings on the valve plug or sleeve. The valve body features a compact structure with an S-shaped flow channel and a guide vane that improves balanced fluid flow around the sleeve, resulting in low-pressure drop loss, high flow capacity, a wide adjustable range, and high accuracy in flow characteristics, complying with the IEC60534-2-1-2011 standard. The control valve offers excellent dynamic stability, low noise, and minimal cavitation erosion. The leakage rate of the control valve meets the ANSI FCI 70-2-2006 standard.
