Application Fields of Injection Mold Processing in Mold Factories
Injection molds are essential process equipment for producing various industrial products. With the rapid development of the plastics industry and the widespread application of plastic products in sectors such as aviation, aerospace, electronics, machinery, shipbuilding, and automotive, the requirements for molds in injection mold factories have become increasingly stringent. Traditional mold design methods can no longer meet today's demands. For mold parts with high hardness, some injection mold factories use machining methods that are unable to process them, often resorting to electrical discharge machining (EDM).
