Polyimide film copper (aluminum) wire

This product is made from oxygen-free copper rods or electrical round aluminum rods, which are extruded or drawn through specific molds and then annealed to form the wire. The wire is then wrapped with 2-3 layers of polyimide film or non-woven fabric for electrical use as an insulating layer, resulting in a winding wire. The product exhibits excellent voltage resistance and has a temperature rating of Class E (180°C). It is primarily used for windings in transformers, hollow reactors, and other similar electrical equipment.
