Single (Double) Glass Fiber Covered Wire
Other Products
Glass fiber covered wire is produced according to customer requirements by evenly wrapping 1-2 layers of alkali-free glass fiber around a copper (aluminum) conductor. It is then impregnated and baked with insulating varnish that meets the required temperature index and compatibility, bonding the glass fibers together and the glass fibers to the conductor into a unified whole. Currently, such products are available in three temperature index grades: 130, 155, and 180, with insulation thickness generally categorized into four grades: 20, 30, 40, and 50. This product is widely used in transformers, electromagnets, welding machines, or other similar electrical equipment windings. Electrically bare copper (aluminum) wires produced through extrusion processes are the most ideal materials for manufacturing glass fiber covered copper (aluminum) wires.
