OMAT manual control valve, also known as a control valve, is a final control element in industrial automation process control. It operates by receiving control signals from the regulating control unit and uses power operation to alter process parameters such as medium flow, pressure, temperature, and liquid level. It generally consists of an actuator and a valve. Based on stroke characteristics, control valves can be classified into linear stroke and angular stroke types. According to the power source used by the actuator, they can be divided into pneumatic control valves, electric control valves, and hydraulic control valves. Based on function and characteristics, they are categorized into linear characteristics, equal percentage characteristics, and parabolic characteristics. Control valves are suitable for media such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, slurry, and oil products.
