The OMAT electric bellows seal control valve consists of the OMAT series (PSL series) electronic electric actuator and a low flow resistance control valve body. The valve core adopts an upper guiding structure, and the valve is compact in design with an S-shaped streamlined flow path, resulting in low pressure drop loss, high flow capacity, wide adjustable range, and high accuracy in flow characteristics, complying with the IEC534-1-1976 standard. The upper valve cover uses a bellows sealing structure, making it suitable for regulating highly toxic, flammable, explosive, volatile, and rare precious metal media. Additionally, this valve can also be used in vacuum conditions. The electric actuator is an integrated structure with a built-in servo amplifier. The control signal (4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC) and power supply can directly control the valve opening to regulate process parameters such as pressure, flow, liquid level, and temperature.

1. Corrosion resistance: Resistant to almost all media (including aqua regia).
2. Excellent sealing performance: Utilizes bellows and packing double sealing to ensure no external leakage.
3. Low leakage: Due to the soft sealing of the valve core and seat, leakage is minimal.
4. Equipped with an OMAT actuator, offering high output force and compact structure.
5. Electric straight-through double-seat bellows control valve: Features two valve seats inside, providing advantages such as high flow capacity and low unbalance force.
6. The upper end of the valve stem has left-hand threads, allowing stroke adjustment via the connecting nut when the valve stem cannot rotate.
7. The bellows assembly, connected to the valve core with an anti-rotation structure, prevents damage to the bellows element caused by torsion during stroke adjustment in the assembly process.
8. Electric diaphragm straight-through single-seat bellows control valve: Features a single valve seat inside, offering the advantage of low leakage, but with a larger unbalance force. Due to the output force limitations of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator, the working pressure difference should not be too high.
9. Dual sealing structure: The upper valve cover is equipped with a PTFE V-shaped packing sealing area, which serves as a secondary seal in case of bellows assembly failure, enhancing the sealing safety of the pneumatic bellows control valve.
