OMAT ultra-high pressure electric control valve adopts a forged valve body and a valve core structure composed of multi-stage cage-type symmetrical small-hole sleeves, which completely controls the flow velocity of the medium passing through the valve, significantly reducing the noise generated by high-pressure gas or steam inside the valve. The stable multi-stage pressure reduction effectively prevents liquid from cavitating. It is a control valve with stable performance for high-pressure medium applications, with a maximum operating pressure of up to 80 MPa (4500 Lb). It is used in high-pressure systems such as thermal power plants and underground mining operations. The product has undergone multiple improvements and continuous refinement, offering novelty and uniqueness.

1. This series of products adopts a fully detachable structure with low operating torque. Internal valve components (including valve seat, valve core, throttling assembly, sealing parts, etc.) can all be removed from the valve cavity, making maintenance extremely convenient. The valve body does not need to be cut off from the pipeline, ensuring long-term use.
2. The valve core features a plunger-balanced structure, offering low operating torque and high sensitivity in regulation.
3. The throttling assembly consists of a multi-orifice plate converging throttling ring and a sleeve-type throttling sleeve, paired with a flow equalizing cover. This provides comprehensive characteristics such as cavitation-free operation at low flow and high pressure differential, high flow capacity, excellent regulation performance, and noiseless梳流 (comb-like flow) fluid discharge. It fully meets the requirements of harsh conditions like high pressure differentials and effectively achieves flow regulation and control for high-temperature, high-pressure differential fluids, with good adjustability and high regulation accuracy.
4. The throttling ring can achieve multi-stage pressure reduction and throttling within 55% of the valve's working stroke.
5. The sealing surfaces of the valve core and valve seat are hard-faced with Stellite alloy, providing resistance to erosion and corrosion.
