The OMAT Electric Diaphragm Three-Way Control Valve is composed of the PSL series and OMAT series linear electric actuators and a three-way control valve body. (It can also be paired with linear actuators from other brands.) The electric actuator features an integrated electronic structure with a built-in servo amplifier. Control signals (4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC) and power supply can directly regulate the valve opening to adjust process parameters such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature. The electric diaphragm three-way control valve offers advantages such as sensitive operation, simple wiring, high flow capacity, compact size, and high regulation accuracy. Its control accuracy and performance are significantly improved compared to the LDKZ type. It is characterized by high adjustment precision and stable, reliable operation.

The fluid acts on the valve plug in a flow-open direction, ensuring good operational stability. In addition to the bushing guidance at the valve cover, the valve plug side and the inner surface of the valve seat also provide guidance, offering a large guiding area and reliable operation. The servo amplifier employs deep dynamic negative feedback to enhance regulation accuracy.
Various types of electric operators are available, suitable for 4–20mA DC or 0–10mA DC signals. The electronic electric control valve can directly control the valve opening via current signals without the need for a servo amplifier.
It saves automation investment. Compared to single-seat, double-seat, or sleeve control valves, it can form the same system with one less valve, simplifying the system and reducing costs.
The bellows seal type provides complete sealing for the moving valve stem.
