This device is suitable for continuous sampling of exhaust gas during the combustion process. It is ideal for collecting analytical gas samples with high dust and moisture content, such as in power plant flues and cement production.

Product Structure

1. Structure: The device consists of a sampling tube, main chamber, heating device, filter, installation flange sleeve, protective cover, temperature controller, etc.

Sampling

Under the action of the air extraction pump, the sample gas enters through the sampling tube into the dust filter and flows toward the sample gas outlet. During sampling, the sample gas remains at a high temperature of 120–160°C, preventing condensation of moisture in the sample gas, thereby improving the working conditions of the filter. The temperature control range of the device's temperature controller is set based on the moisture content of the sample gas, i.e., the dew point value of the moisture in the sample gas. To ensure no condensation occurs during this process, the set temperature control range should be 20–30°C higher than the dew point value.

Purging

In addition to the sample gas, the device is equipped with a reverse purge calibration port. Reverse purging (cleaning) refers to using clean compressed air to blow away dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter, purging it back into the flue. The purpose of system calibration is generally to determine the sampling rate of the system and to identify or correct system measurement errors through the gas path, etc., which can be selected as needed during use.
