CEMS Condenser CGC-03

The Condenser CGC-03 is used in sample gas pretreatment systems for various analytical instruments. It operates on the principle of compressor cooling and dehumidification, featuring high dehydration efficiency and precision.

Specific features of the Condenser CGC-03 are as follows:

1. Simple installation: It adopts wall-mounted installation, with a compact size that allows direct fixation inside the cabinet, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

2. Reliable principle: Utilizing compressor refrigeration cooling, a specially designed heat exchanger maximizes the cooling of the sample gas. The compressor operates continuously to avoid frequent starts and stops, thereby extending its service life.

3. Dual-channel dehydration: After initial cooling and dewatering, the sample gas undergoes a second cooling and dehydration process to ensure high dehydration efficiency, achieving up to 97%.

4. High-precision control: Based on the energy balance control theory, intelligent PID is used to regulate the temperature of the heat exchanger, maintaining it constant at the set temperature with a control accuracy of ±0.2°C.

5. Fault alarm output: When the heat exchanger temperature exceeds the set value, an alarm signal (a switch signal) is output to provide maximum protection for the analytical instruments.
