Explosion-proof gas condenser, Bühler EGK 1 Ex2

In the chemical industry, petrochemicals, and biochemistry, reliable process execution depends on timely and accurate determination of operating parameters. Therefore, gas analysis is crucial for achieving safe and effective control processes, environmental protection, and quality assurance. As a result, power plant flue gas emission control, exhaust gas analysis in the automotive industry, and effective control of air separation or sterile production and packaging in the food industry can benefit. Many analytical methods used in the above fields require the extraction of sample gases. At the same time, process-related impurities such as particles or moisture must be removed, as these can affect measurement results or damage the measurement unit. Therefore, sample gas must be pretreated before entering the analyzer.

The EGK 1 Ex2 is ATEX and IECEx certified and equipped with up to 2 independent gas channels suitable for operation in potentially explosive environments.
