Electrode Humidifier Product Introduction and Working Principle:
Tap water generally has a certain level of conductivity. By inserting electrode rods into the water surface of the electrode tank and connecting to a power source, the water is heated to boiling and converted into steam through the movement of ions in the water. The humidification output (steam generation) depends on the water level in the electrode tank, i.e., the area of the electrode rods submerged in the water. The steam is evenly distributed through steam outlets into the air handling unit or duct, where it is absorbed by the air to achieve humidification.
The RD-type electrode humidifier uses mesh-shaped electrode plates. The current intensity is related to the supply voltage, the submerged area of the electrodes, and the water conductivity. The steam output of the humidifier is influenced by power or current strength. Current control can be adjusted by changing the submerged area of the electrodes. By maintaining water conductivity within a certain range, continuous system control can be achieved.
