Electrode Humidifier Product Introduction and Working Principle:
Tap water generally has a certain level of conductivity. By inserting electrode rods into the water surface of the electrode tank and connecting to a power source, water is heated and boiled into steam through the movement of ions in the water. The humidification capacity (steam production) depends on the water level in the electrode tank, i.e., the area of the electrode rods submerged in the water. The steam is evenly distributed through the steam outlet into the air handling unit or duct, where it is absorbed by the air to achieve humidification.
The RD-type electrode humidifier uses mesh electrode plates. The current magnitude is related to the supply voltage, the area of the electrodes submerged in water, and the conductivity of the water. The steam production of the humidifier is influenced by the power or current strength. Current control can be adjusted by changing the submerged area of the electrodes in the water. By maintaining the water conductivity within a certain range, continuous system control can be achieved.
