RD-15 Clean Type Electrode Humidifier

By utilizing the electrical conductivity of water, the electrodes at both ends are connected through water conduction, thereby heating the water to boiling and generating steam output. Through corresponding control devices, the humidification effect is achieved. Since it operates based on the electrical conductivity of water, this type of machine cannot use pure water. When the electrode steam humidifier is working, the water inlet valve opens, and water enters the bottom of the electrode tank, gradually rising to contact the electrodes. The electrodes form a current loop through the water, thereby heating the water and bringing it to a boil. The higher the water level, the greater the current passing through. By adjusting the water level, the humidification output can be controlled. When the water level rises to an appropriate high point, the main controller closes the water inlet valve. As steam continues to be output, the water level in the electrode tank gradually decreases. At this point, the main controller reopens the water inlet valve to replenish the electrode tank with fresh water, allowing it to continue producing steam output to meet humidification needs.
