Polyurethane Skirt Chamfer Design Sealing Guide Chute Anti-Spill Skirt Y-Type 

The main part of the anti-spill skirt is black, made from a blend of natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. It maintains stiffness while enhancing elasticity, allowing the green Duohu sealing strip to adhere closely to the conveyor belt. Even after the Duohu system reaches the end of its service life, it continues to function as an anti-spill skirt, protecting the investment of the user. The Duohu anti-spill system, with its T-shaped fixing rubber blocks, features a one-time integrated hot vulcanization process for the skirt body, making it compact, efficient, robust, and durable. The T-shaped fixing rubber blocks on the back can be removed during production according to customer requirements to accommodate older installation methods.

It uses three Duohu sealing strips for sealing, which improves efficiency by 200% compared to ordinary single-rubber anti-spill skirts. With an additional sealing space compared to double-seal anti-spill skirts, its performance is further enhanced.

The addition of semi-solidified lubricants to natural rubber (NR) solves the long-standing problem of anti-spill skirts being highly wear-resistant but prone to damaging the conveyor belt. This material is flexible and has excellent elasticity, avoiding the drawback of polyurethane (PU) being不耐水 (not water-resistant). It offers high wear resistance without harming the conveyor belt.

Installation Method

The installation of the Duohu anti-spill rubber skirt is particularly convenient. Simply confirm the installation position, fix the dedicated fixing channel to the outside of the discharge chute using welding, riveting, self-tapping screws, or any other method, and then slide the T-shaped rubber block on the back of the Duohu anti-spill skirt into the fixing channel.
