Cleaning Box Introduction

The Meihuan Cleaning Box is an integrated cleaning and dust suppression device that combines washing, material removal, and drying. Our company designs products based on site conditions and comprehensive factors. The belt cleaning box involves the field of mechanical equipment. It includes the cleaning box body, top spray pipe, lifting lugs, top spray pipe adjustment frame, pressure roller, bottom spray pipe, bottom spray pipe adjustment frame, and cleaner.

The top of the cleaning box body is equipped with a top spray pipe connected to a top spray pipe adjustment support. Lifting lugs are installed above the cleaning box body. The bottom of the cleaning box body features a bottom spray pipe connected to a bottom spray pipe adjustment support. Inside the cleaning box body, a pressure roller and Meihuan rubber cleaner are installed. Below the cleaning box body, there is a recycling and drainage outlet.

The belt cleaning box effectively removes adhered materials from the belt, enhances cleaning efficiency, dries the belt to reduce chemical reactions and extend its lifespan, and recycles debris washed from the belt back onto it for reuse. It is reasonably designed, highly practical, and easy to use.

I. Cleaning Box Functions:

1: Belt Stabilization System: The cleaning box's unique belt stabilization system ensures smooth entry and exit of the belt from the device.

2: Spray System: The cleaning box softens and cleans adhered materials on the conveyor belt, making it easier for the materials to proceed to the next process.

3: Cleaning System: After the spray system softens the materials, the specially designed combination cleaner removes stubborn materials first, followed by fine particles, ensuring thorough cleaning. The cleaning and water-removal blades feature automatic compensation and feed performance.

4: Drying System: Since the cleaning box operates with water, residual moisture may remain on the belt. The drying system in our cleaning box effectively removes this moisture, achieving a cleanliness level of over 85%.

5: Drainage System: The cleaning box's unique drainage system allows cleaned materials to be discharged smoothly to designated locations without causing ground pollution.

6: Control System: The control box enables fully automated operation of the device and synchronizes with the onsite belt conveyor.
