Polyurethane rubber anti-spill skirtboard is a strip-shaped, double-layered rubber sheet at the bottom. The part in contact with the belt must endure significant friction over the long term, so this section is typically made of polyurethane blocks, which offer extremely strong wear resistance. The polyurethane blocks and rubber sheet are bonded using a hot vulcanization process, ensuring they withstand prolonged friction without separating from the rubber.

The rubber of the anti-spill skirtboard is synthetic rubber. During vulcanization, we incorporate a certain proportion of heat-resistant, aging-resistant, and wear-resistant additives such as styrene-butadiene rubber.
