Introduction to Anti-Spill Skirtboard:

The anti-spill skirtboard produced by Shandong Meihuan Rubber & Plastic is mainly used for sealing between the conveyor belt and the chute, as well as between the buffer bed and the chute. The main body of the anti-spill skirt is black, made from a blend of rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, which enhances elasticity while maintaining stiffness, allowing the green multi-protection sealing strip to closely adhere to the conveyor belt. Even after the multi-protection system reaches the end of its service life, it can continue to perform the duties of the anti-spill skirt, protecting the investment of the user. The multi-protection anti-spill system, with T-shaped fixing rubber blocks, features a skirtboard body made through a one-time integrated hot vulcanization process, resulting in a compact, effective, and sturdy structure. The T-shaped fixing rubber blocks on the back can be removed during production according to customer requirements to accommodate older installation methods.

II. Features of Anti-Spill Skirtboard: 1. Skirtboard Material: Made from a composite of polyurethane and natural rubber, with the part in contact with the belt (providing the main sealing function) being polyurethane. The polyurethane is cast from imported powder material, offering better performance and longer service life compared to extrusion-processed polyurethane, without damaging the belt. 2. Sealing Effect: The anti-spill skirtboard adopts a straight plate + skirt double-layer sealing integrated structure. The straight plate tightly adheres to the side of the chute, with the bottom in contact with the belt to prevent material spillage; the skirt is flipped outward and can rotate within a certain angle, automatically tracking the belt through the elasticity of the rubber plate, maintaining close contact with the belt for excellent sealing performance. 3. The skirt sealing part of the skirtboard features a single-sided arc transition, which prevents damage to the belt and skirt when the belt deviates, and allows automatic restoration to the original state. 4. The skirtboard on each side of the chute is made as a single unit, matching the length of the chute to prevent air leakage at the joints.
