Custom Anti-Spill Skirtboard Clamp Holder 

Polyurethane rubber anti-spill skirtboards are strip-shaped, double-layered rubber sheets with a bottom layer. The part in contact with the belt must withstand significant friction over the long term, so we typically use polyurethane blocks for this section, as polyurethane offers extremely strong wear resistance. The polyurethane blocks and rubber sheets are bonded using a hot vulcanization process, ensuring they can endure prolonged friction without separating from the rubber.

The rubber used in anti-spill skirtboards is synthetic rubber. During the vulcanization process, we incorporate a certain proportion of heat-resistant, aging-resistant, and wear-resistant additives such as styrene-butadiene rubber.

Skirtboard - Features of Anti-Spill Skirtboards:

1. Easy and quick installation and adjustment.

2. Double-layer sealing: the inner layer prevents material spillage, while the outer layer reduces dust.

3. The area in contact with the belt features a composite polyurethane wear-resistant layer, ensuring long service life and no damage to the belt.

Polyurethane anti-spill skirtboards fundamentally resolve issues such as coal spillage, air leakage, and powder escape on both sides of the chute. They play a crucial role in reducing dust concentration in the belt corridor. The anti-spill skirtboards we produce have a smooth surface without uneven signs, and the "T"-shaped foot maintains tight contact with the belt, ensuring excellent sealing performance.

Anti-Spill Skirtboard Installation Instructions:

1. The angle aluminum (40mm×40mm) is formed in one pressing, made of full aluminum with an H-shaped appearance. It is rust-proof, cylindrical, and locks securely into the holder without falling off.

2. The holder base is welded to the outside of the chute side panel. The slide track extends into the base, allowing the holder to move appropriately left or right along the base.

3. Manually rotate the tightening handle and push it up (or down) to the bottom as appropriate. This applies sufficient pressure to the angle aluminum to maintain the skirtboard's position, and the tightening handle will not loosen or fall off.

4. The holder is hot-dip galvanized, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and rust-proof.

5. The fastening bolts are made of stainless steel 304, which is rust-proof and suitable for use in dark, damp, or even briefly water-flushed environments.

6. Apart from the initial installation where the holder base requires electric welding, all other steps and future skirtboard replacements require no tools, making installation and removal convenient and quick.
