The polyurethane rubber anti-spill skirtboard is a strip-shaped, double-layered rubber sheet at the bottom. The part in contact with the belt must endure significant friction over the long term, so we typically use polyurethane blocks for this section, as polyurethane offers excellent wear resistance. The polyurethane blocks and rubber sheet are bonded using a hot vulcanization process, ensuring they withstand prolonged friction without separating from the rubber.

The rubber used in the anti-spill skirtboard is synthetic rubber; not just any ordinary rubber can perform this task. During the vulcanization process, we incorporate a certain proportion of heat-resistant, aging-resistant, and wear-resistant additives such as styrene-butadiene rubber.

The anti-spill skirtboard is used for sealing between the conveyor belt and the chute, as well as between the impact bed and the chute. Installation primarily involves two methods: butterfly nut type and handle type, directly mounted on the lower edge of the belt conveyor chute.

Polyurethane anti-spill skirtboard installation instructions using angle aluminum and clamps:

1. The angle aluminum (40mm×40mm) is formed in one pressing, made of full aluminum with an H-shaped appearance, rust-proof, designed as a circular column that locks securely within the clamp without falling off.

2. The clamp base is welded to the outer side of the chute, with the slide track embedded into the base, allowing the clamp to move appropriately left and right along the base.

3. Manually rotate the tightening handle, push it up (or down) to the bottom as appropriate, to apply sufficient pressure on the angle aluminum, maintaining the skirtboard's position, with the tightening handle remaining secure and not loosening or falling off.

4. The clamp is hot-dip galvanized, lightweight, with good anti-corrosion properties, and does not rust.

5. The fastening bolts are made of stainless steel 304, rust-proof, suitable for use in dark, damp, or even briefly water-splashed environments.

6. Except for the initial installation where the clamp base requires electric welding, all other steps and future skirtboard replacements require no tools, making installation and disassembly convenient and quick.
