- Keep the water tank adequately filled, and replenish consumed water promptly during use to avoid dry running of the water pump.
- Protect the motor from rain, and regularly check its operating condition and insulation.
- Clean floating debris and sediment in the water tank promptly. Remove sediment from the pump's base plate to avoid clogging the pump suction port, which could cause spray failure or malfunctions.
- Do not use this equipment to treat corrosive exhaust gases, as it may affect the equipment's lifespan.
- During operation, keep the system's air volume as close to the theoretical value as possible to avoid excessively high or low volumes that could impact purification efficiency.
- The temperature of the treated exhaust gas should not be too high. In winter, add heat or antifreeze to prevent freezing, which could disrupt normal operation.
