Principle:
When monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, its energy is absorbed. The degree of light intensity absorption is proportional to the concentration of the substance being measured, in accordance with the Lambert-Beer law: A = log(1/T) = log(I₀/I) = a × b × c
Infrared spectrometers utilize the absorption characteristics of substances to infrared radiation at different wavelengths for molecular structure analysis and hydrocarbon content measurement, serving as precision optical instruments.
